Competition Information, Dates & Course
The mygolfGroup Event in association with PING will be played at Druid’s Glen Golf Club across two days (25th & 26th July 2024).
Tournament Format
The mygolfGroup Event is a Single Stableford event. The event will run over 2 days (25th & 26th July). Scoring will be Single Stableford.
Entry Fee & Booking Terms
Various packages are available to participants and they are as follows.
Standard Golf Only Price - €120
Members Discount - €100
Tee Times
The tee-times will vary across the two days. The Tournament Director will endeavor, where possible, to fulfill requests for specific/preferred tee-times, however this cannot be guaranteed, and tee times may be subject to change. Timesheets will be made available to participants in advance of the tournament.
Eligibility (Golf Ireland Handicap)
The Event is open to Ladies & Gents who have a valid Golf Ireland handicap. The handicaps will be verified before prizes are issued to the winners.

Tee Times
The tee-times will vary across the three days/courses. The Tournament Director will endeavour, where possible, to fulfill requests for specific/preferred tee-times, however this connot be guaranteed and tee times may be subject to change. Timesheets will be made available to participants in advance of the tournament and in advance of the 2nd and 3rd day of the competition. Final day pairings will be decided by score.
Winner Announcements
Upon completion of play on Friday 26th July, the prize winners will be announced via email on Monday 29th July.

Competition Information, Dates & Courses
The mygolfGroup Events in association with PING is presented by mygolfGroup Events and will be played across Killarney Golf & Fishing Club’s Killeen Course, Tralee Golf Links, and Killarney Golf & Fishing Club’s Mahoney’s Point. A three day golf tournament played over consecutive days from Wednesday April 12th to Friday April 14th 2023.
Winner Announcement
Upon completion of play on Friday April 14th the winners of all prizes will be announced. Winners of the daily prizes will be informed prior to play the next day, and will be offered their prize if they do not wish to wait for the prize giving ceremony once play ends on Friday.
Refund or Cancellation of Play
Deposits (25% of the chosen package) are refundable until February 10th 2023. All cancellations made before 5pm on February 10th will have all payments made refunded in full. All deposits paid after February 10th are non-refundable. Balance payments are due before 5pm on March 16th. All cancellations made after this date will result in full forfeiture of payments made.
Bookings will only be transferable to another person at the discretion of the organisers.
In the event of a tournament cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, all players will be offered an alternative date or a refund of their tournament entry.
Winner Announcements

Eligibility (No Golf Ireland Handicap)
If a participant does not hold a Golf Ireland handicap, there is a maximum handicap allocation of 18 for men and 24 for ladies (or what is decided by the tournament director). The participant will be permitted to play in the event, and qualify to win the ‘Birdie to Win’ and ‘Hole in One’ prizes, but cannot win the overall prizes.
Prizes
A. Overall Prizes: There will be prizes for: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th.
B. Birdie to Win: 17 birdie to win prizes will be on offer on holes 1 – 11 & 13 – 18.
C. Hole in One: Golf Holiday for 4 people for 3 nights B&B at Dom Pedro Marina Boutique Hotel + 2 rounds of golf at The Old Courses, Villamoura & Palmares Golf Courses including buggies. Valid until March 2025.
Prizes non-transferable or convertible and there is no alternative prize available.
Industry invited are eligible to win ‘Birdie to win’ prizes only and cannot win individual prizes. Prizes are for amateur golfers only, professional golfers are not eligible to win.
Players are only eligible for a maximum of 1 ‘Birdie to win’ prizes.
In the event of multiple Hole-in-one’s, the winner will be determined by a randomized draw.

Timesheets will be made available to participants in advance of the tournament.
Suspension or Cancellation of Play
Should play have to be suspended or cancelled by any event outside the control of the Event Organisers (ie. adverse weather etc) the organisers will make the final decision regarding revision of play and/or awarding of prizes.
